Bob

Bob arrived at the pound in June 2026 and was estimated to be around 9 years old on arrival.

This handsome Water Dog was surrendered along with another dog, Cielo, after their owner sadly passed away. The two dogs were brought to the pound by the owner’s son.

Bob arrived in poor condition and is now receiving the care he needs.

It is hard to imagine how confusing this experience must be for the two dogs. After losing the person they knew, they suddenly found themselves in the unfamiliar surroundings of a busy pound, living in a small cage surrounded by barking dogs and unfamiliar faces. Thankfully, Bob and Cielo are currently sharing a cage, so they still have each other during this difficult transition.
