Camilo arrived at Los Barrios pound in March 2026 and was about 5 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous Podenco that was found presumably abandoned on the streets and taken to the pound.

Camilo arrived at the pound in March 2026 and was around five years old on arrival. He is currently staying in a foster home, as it was felt that he might struggle in the stressful environment of the pound. Unfortunately, this arrangement may only be possible for a limited time.

He is a very gentle and calm dog who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, people, and children. Everyone who meets him quickly sees what a sweet and good-natured boy he is.

At the moment, Camilo is a little timid as everything is still very new for him.

Camilo would really benefit from a calm and understanding home where he can feel safe and gain confidence. In his new home, it would be lovely if there was another friendly dog who could help him feel more comfortable and settle in. 💛
