Itaca arrived at the pound in September 2026 together with several other dogs after her owner died. She is approximately seven years old.

Itaca arrived in a really, really poor condition and had clearly been neglected. Poor girl. It is heartbreaking to see a dog arrive in such a state, and we can only hope that from now on, her life will begin to change for the better.

We don’t know anything about Itaca’s life before she came to us, but we do know that she deserves so much more. We hope that her time at the pound will be as short as possible and that we can soon find her a responsible and loving home where she will receive the care, kindness and affection she deserves.

Itaca deserves a fresh start and the chance to finally know what it feels like to be safe, cared for and loved.
