Rey arrived at Los Barrios pound in February 2026 and was about 7.5 years old on arrival. He is a gorgeous Labrador Retriever.

Rey arrived at the pound in February 2026 and is around seven years old. He was handed in by his family after they separated and said they could no longer keep him.

They told us that Rey is great with everyone — dogs, cats, and children.

Sadly, this gentle boy now finds himself in a tiny cage all alone, surrounded by barking dogs and unfamiliar faces. It must be incredibly confusing and lonely for him after having had a home.

We hope that Rey won’t have to wait long before someone gives him the loving home he deserves once again.
