VIDA WILL BE SMALL SIZED (8KG) ONCE FULLY GROWN.

Vida arrived at Los Barrios pound in April 2026 and is about 15 weeks old.

Vida is a very special girl who was born with a neurological condition that affects her coordination and movement. She will require lifelong special care, regular veterinary follow-ups, and the use of a wheelchair to support her mobility.

She is currently in foster care, and her foster caregiver shares the following important information about her daily needs:

Vida is not able to walk on her own, as she falls to the sides and can hit her head. She will need a safe, adapted area with blankets or soft padding when she is not using her wheelchair. She also requires assistance even to drink water, as she has many involuntary movements and cannot safely have constant access to a water bowl without supervision.

Vida will need a very dedicated and understanding adopter who is prepared to provide the time, care, and adjustments she needs.
